You may not have been aware, but unlike many other rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities on Long Island, San Simeon by the Sound is a nonprofit organization. Because of that, we rely on the generous support of Long Islanders to help us keep our world-class Post-Acute Rehabilitation and our wonderful Medical-Model Adult Day Health Care programs going. We keep our residents engaged every month with literally dozens of engaging activities and events, both in our facility and in the surrounding community.
