Dear Resident/Family Member,
I am pleased to report that after 12 weeks on lock-down, we remain free of any confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 among our resident population. Additionally, as you are aware, we have been testing all employees two times per week for the past several weeks. Since the initial asymptomatic positive staff cases that were identified and reported to you last week, we have had no new positive COVID-19 test results among our staff! That’s over 550 tests administered to date! We are extremely proud of our team and their dedication to our residents and the exceptional care they provide every day.
We are looking for ways to improve the ability for residents to communicate with family and loved ones, since we realize the videoconferencing is quite limited. We will inform you of any developments in this area as they occur.
