San Simeon Honored at North Fork Chamber Gala

San Simeon by the Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation received the Community Service Award from the North Fork Chamber of Commerce at a ceremony held at Raphael Vineyard on January 26, 2018 in recognition of our over 50 years of providing excellent quality health care to our East End neighbors and community.

This award exemplifies the significant positive impact San Simeon has on the north fork of Long Island, not only as a provider of premiere health care services, but also as a major employer on the East End.
