Our Medical-Model Adult Day Health Care Program
Running Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, our adult day health care program incorporates various activities and amenities tailored to each participant’s unique needs. We aim to provide you or your loved one with a comforting environment, promoting independence and restoration. Additionally, this program gives family members and caregivers a well-deserved break from their full-time duties. Families and caregivers can happily relax knowing that their loved ones are being cared for by our trained, empathetic, and nurturing staff members.
