Thursday, December 29th Update

Dear Residents and Families,

I am pleased to tell you that our last positive resident has now tested negative; therefore, all residents have recovered and there are no current cases of COVID-19 in the building.  We do have 4 staff members still out with COVID. Again, we cannot stress enough how important mask wearing and social distancing are, especially while visiting loved ones at the facility. With the community positivity rate still high, N95 masks will still be required while in the facility for all staff and visitors. Again, if you are not feeling well or think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID, please refrain from visiting. It’s better to be safe than sorry. We continue with regular testing and stringent infection control practices to try to keep the virus out of our building. I wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year to come. I will update you as needed.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Kelly Moteiro, MS RN Acting Administrator
