Dear Family Member,
We are very pleased to report that we still have no confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 among our resident population.
Unfortunately, our employee testing produced one additional positive test, therefore the clock gets “reset” per the NYS Department of Health mandate requiring we be COVID-19 free for 28 days prior to allowing visitors to enter the building. Our most recent positive test result pushes our earliest possible visitor date to August 20th. We understand the changing dates are frustrating, as is having to wait even longer to visit your loved ones face to face, however the health and safety of everyone in our community is our highest priority.
We will continue to develop plans for visitation for when we are allowed to welcome visitors in and we will notify you of any other changes going forward.
