In the spirit of the Holiday Season, and to further San Simeon by the Sound’s mission as a community based not-for-profit organization serving the needs of our local community, we would like to give back to a local charity. We have decided to collect toys, gifts and food items for Community Action Southold Town, Inc. (CAST).
Helping Neighbors at the Holidays
CAST’s mission is to promote self-sufficiency and provide a safety net for Southold residents in need. Our neighbors who do not have a warm home, food to enjoy or even the company of family and friends can be assured that help is available in our community through programs such as CAST. The holidays are an exceptionally difficult time for those who are struggling or in need. CAST provides a valuable lifeline for our most vulnerable neighbors.
CAST relies on the support of our community to provide food, clothing, shelter, benefit application assistance, adult education and more. During your time of giving this year, please assist us in our collection efforts.
Please bring your donated items to the San Simeon by the Sound lobby between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm from December 7th through December 21st.
