Our residents trained for months to compete in the 2023 Golden Games. And on November 16th, Westhampton Care Center welcomed us to their facility for a fun-filled day of friendly competition. San Simeon residents won gold in every event!
Westhampton and San Simeon competed in various events, including:
- Volleyball
- Wheelchair relay
- Basketball
- Bowling
- Distance throw
In a showing of gratitude and sportsmanship, San Simeon residents who won multiple gold medals gave them to Westhampton participants. While all of our residents came home with a medal, the fond memories and new friendships were cherished most.
