San Simeon by the Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a community-based not-for-profit, 120-bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and adult day care facility located on the storied North Fork of Long Island in the picturesque hamlet of Greenport, New York, along the shores of the Long Island Sound.
For many patients needing nursing and rehabilitation services, it’s become the perfect place to complete their recovery. How large is your facility?
Our state-of-the-art building features multi-purpose rooms, dining rooms, dedicated physical therapy and rehabilitation centers, a fully functional home-style kitchen, renovated residence wings, nursing stations, a beautiful lobby, family lounge areas, and an outdoor patio with a serenity garden.
What type of medical experts are on hand?
Staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our expertly trained nursing and clinical staff, we are authorized by the New York State Department of Health to operate our own in-house certified nursing aide training program, with classes running multiple times per year.
San Simeon, with a commitment to the future of medical services, is also honored to be a host training site for physicians and other clinicians in conjunction with our partnerships with various educational institutions.
