North Fork Bodies In Motion Tai Chi Demonstration

We are very excited to announce that tomorrow, August 6th, Dr. Marilyn LoPresti, founder and CEO of North Fork Bodies in Motion, LLC, will be giving our residents a tai chi demonstration along with 10 volunteers. Dr. LoPresti, a second-degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo, provides tai chi instruction, as well as authentic master-level Walk15® low-impact aerobics on the north fork of Long Island. Although originally developed for self-defense, tai chi is an excellent form of exercise often used for stress reduction.
